About This Role
We're seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive, visually stunning designs for a variety of digital products, from marketing websites to complex applications.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with developers on implementation
- Present designs to clients and stakeholders
- Create responsive designs for all screen sizes
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards
- Stay current with design trends and tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma (required)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers
