About This Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple web development projects. You'll be the bridge between our clients and development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Define project scope, timeline, and deliverables
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate development team resources and priorities
- Track project progress and address risks
- Conduct project retrospectives and implement improvements
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Ensure quality standards are met
Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing web development projects
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- PMP or similar certification preferred
